These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VectorAtlas website and your purchase of a commercial license for the VectorAtlas SVG map asset ("the Asset"). By purchasing a license or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
VectorAtlas is operated by Menelabs O.E. ("we", "us", "our"), based in Greece. References to "Menelabs" throughout these Terms and the rest of this site mean Menelabs O.E.
The Asset itself is available for free under CC BY 4.0, which permits commercial use with attribution. The paid licenses described here ("Indie" and "Business") remove the attribution requirement only — they don't change any other CC BY 4.0 term.
Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Asset in an unlimited number of your own projects without displaying CC BY 4.0 attribution, for as long as you remain within the eligibility tier you purchased:
This license covers use of the Asset as-is or modified within your own products. It does not permit reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Asset itself (modified or not) as a standalone map/design asset in competition with this product.
This clause is a plain-language description of the license grant, not final legal license text — it has not yet had independent legal review. Treat it as provisional until reviewed.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as the Merchant of Record for this purchase. Paddle handles billing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and payment data; we never receive or store your card details. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's own Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

The Asset is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it's free of errors or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Asset is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Asset after a change means you accept the updated Terms. A license already purchased keeps the rights granted at time of purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
