This page explains what data is collected when you visit this site or purchase a license, and by whom. VectorAtlas is operated by Menelabs O.E. ("we", "us", "our"), based in Greece.
This site is a static page hosted on GitHub Pages. We don't run our own server, don't set our own cookies, and don't collect or store any personal data ourselves through normal browsing. GitHub, as host, may log standard web server access data (e.g. IP address) per its own privacy statement.
When you buy a license, checkout is handled entirely by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as Merchant of Record and data controller for your payment and billing information (name, email, card/payment details, billing address, tax information). We do not receive or store your card details. Paddle shares your name, email, and purchased license tier with us so we can honor the license grant and respond to support requests. See Paddle's Privacy Policy for how they handle this data.
We use the purchase information Paddle shares with us only to identify you as a licensed buyer if you contact us for support, and to comply with our own legal/tax obligations. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for marketing without separate consent.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to any records we're legally required to keep, e.g. for tax purposes) by emailing [email protected]. For data Paddle controls directly (payment details), contact Paddle.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
