We offer a 14-day refund window. If you're not satisfied with your Indie or Business license purchase, email us within 14 calendar days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refund requests received after that 14-day window are handled case by case, not guaranteed — see "After the 14-day window" below.
We'll still consider a refund after 14 days if the Asset was materially not as described, or if a duplicate/erroneous charge occurred. Contact us with your order details and we'll look into it.
Email [email protected] with your order number or the email address used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days.
Once a refund is issued, the commercial (attribution-removal) license is considered void. You can, of course, still use the Asset for free under CC BY 4.0, the same as any other user.
Paddle, as Merchant of Record, processes the actual refund once approved. See Paddle's Buyer Terms for how refunds are executed on their end and typical timing for the funds to appear back on your payment method.
